The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop

Attaining uncommon goals

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team workshop is based on the national best-seller, written by Patrick Lencioni. The whole pre-existing team experiences the workshop together. Your team will be doing powerful exercises that will improve each of the five key team fundamentals as defined by Lencioni: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results.

Your team will be led through a very practical process which will provide critical information and strategies that can be immediately applied. At this workshop we examine your teams strengths and areas for improvement to overcome within each of the five functions.

Purpose

To become a significantly more cohesive team.

Goals

To understand the expectations for a cohesive team and understand the degree to which your team meets the criteria based on The Five
Dysfunctions of a Team model
Your team will develop an action plan for improving teamwork

Additional Goals For The One-day Workshop
Your team will take the first steps toward building trust and understanding conflict styles
Your team will establish a plan for making progress on commitment, accountability, and results

Additional Goals For The Two-day Workshop
Your team will make more progress on improving trust and conflict, commitment, accountability, and results (with focus on
commitment)

Length

Two-days includes activities that involves all five
dysfunctions. The two-day version is more impactful and can create a more lasting shift in your team process
One-day focuses on, building trust and mastering conflict, and includes some simple activities for the remaining three functions.
Four-hours Workshop introduces the overall model and focuses on to key functions: trust and conflict.

Format

This workshop is highly interactive, engaging and productive. Your team will be assessing their strengths and determine areas for improvement.

Prework

Your team will be asked to complete a Team Assessment before the workshop (online or print). This assessment will help your team members think about how they are working together as a team while establishing a benchmark for their performance.

Location

We can do this at any location you would like. We recommend that you do it off-site, however.

Your Investment

Four-hours: $2,500; One-day: $3,500; Two-day: $5,500 plus expenses (materials, workbooks, assessment and travel)
